1. Publisher of the site and service

The “Siftbox” service is published by: Webdigit srl SRL, registered office at Place de Moulbaix 10 - 7812 Moulbaix, Belgique.

Registration identifiers (if any): SIREN/SIRET or equivalent Entreprise belge — pas de numéro SIREN (France). Numéro d'entreprise (BCE/KBO) : à compléter si publication souhaitée.; EU VAT number BE 0647 781 341.

2. Hosting and infrastructure

Technical processing described in the privacy policy relies in particular on: L'application web Siftbox (PHP) et le service de classification (Python, API interne) sont exécutés sur un serveur dédié hébergé chez Infomaniak (Suisse). La base de données PostgreSQL est hébergée chez OVHcloud (France). Les files d'attente et le cache applicatif s'appuient sur Redis (même déploiement ou service séparé selon l'environnement). Les e-mails transactionnels (ex. réinitialisation de mot de passe) sont envoyés via un fournisseur SMTP configuré par l'éditeur. L'accès aux boîtes Gmail connectées s'effectue via l'API Google Gmail, avec consentement OAuth de l'utilisateur ; les comptes IMAP utilisent les protocoles standards depuis l'infrastructure applicative.

  • For Gmail accounts: mailbox data access via the Google Gmail API under user control (OAuth) — Google Ireland Limited or the applicable contracting entity per Google.
  • Queues and cache: Redis depending on deployment configuration.
  • Transactional email: SMTP provider configured by the publisher (e.g. password reset links).

The exact list of subprocessors, purposes and contractual safeguards must appear in the processing register and, where applicable, in the privacy policy and user information notices.

3. Intellectual property

Website and service elements (brand, interface, documentation) are protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited except where the law allows.

4. Limitation of liability (general)

The service is provided in accordance with contractual commitments and applicable law. The publisher’s liability cannot be engaged for force majeure, improper use or third-party failures (email providers, network, host) beyond its control, within statutory limits. Wording to be legally validated.
